QUILIME? KEY LIME?

Ok, I got a msg on my Tag board saying its Qullime Pie and not Key lime Pie, just errr take note of this sign:



I am pretty sure my command of english has not degenerated to a level where I can read the words wrongly. So there we have it, its KEY LIME PIE.
Unless everyone in Keywest got it wrong.
