Recipe: Banana Cake ver 1.0

Ok after doing 2 long posts (Boston Trip and Some photos around Penn and Colmar) I think it is time for another recipe post.

This time round I tried a nice Banana Cake, turned out rather decent, looks like I have breakfast for a few days! yay

1/2 Cup Butter (8oz)
2/3 Cup Sugar or 1 cup if you really really really love sweet
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1.5 cups of mashed bananas, about 4-5 (use those very ripe ones)
2/3 cup milk
2.5 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350degree F. Next beat the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and beat.

Step 2: Add in the flour and milk alternately in small portions, keep folding the mixture with a spatula or spoon.

Step 3: Baking powder, Baking Soda, salt all goes in, mix gently

Step 4: Into the oven for 1 hr, use the usual skewer test. Let it cool for 10 min when it is done
